Most guests here still pay a guesthouse by EFT and send a proof of payment by email or WhatsApp. NitroStay builds that in: each booking gets a private guest page with your bank details, the reference to use and an upload for the proof. You see it on the booking, tap "Money is in" when it clears, and the booking confirms itself.
If you prefer cards and instant EFT, connect your own Paystack account. Guests pay on Paystack's page and the money is paid out to you, not to us.

Questions
Do I need my own website to use it?
No. Every NitroStay plan includes a booking page with your rooms, photos and live prices. If you have a website, add the Book now button; if you want us to, we move your website across for free.
How do guests pay?
By EFT: the guest sees your bank details and the booking reference, and uploads the proof of payment on their own guest page. Or by card and instant EFT through your own Paystack account. Either way the money goes straight to you.
What stops a guest holding a room and never paying?
The room is held for the time you choose, 24 hours by default. If the deposit does not arrive, the hold ends and the room goes back on sale everywhere.
Can I offer a discount for booking direct?
Yes. Set a book direct discount for every booking on your website, and create promo codes for Instagram, WhatsApp or past guests.
